Production crew and assembler

Production Crew and Assembler will operate molds, polyurethanes, foam and silicones to produce and assemble plastic and silicone parts according to specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include operating machinery and tools safely, conducting quality checks throughout the assembly process, meeting production deadlines and KPIs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, documenting production activities, and participating in training to improve production techniques while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to quality, and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
