Job Summary
Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities while overseeing inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production. Track production rates against labor hours and units complete, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records. Monitor workflow, adjust schedules to meet targets, and assist in implementing lean manufacturing techniques. Ensure timely delivery of finished products while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Requires 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software, and ability to work under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Good time management skills
- Basic understanding of production scheduling
- Previous experience in manufacturing
