Job Summary
Coordinate daily and weekly manufacturing schedules to meet on-time delivery demands while adjusting workflow to prevent downtime. Manage finished goods and raw materials, track stock levels, and oversee local production staff and technicians. Work with engineering, sales, and finance teams to support quote requests, close manufacturing orders, and handle invoicing. Monitor output to ensure products meet quality standards and maintain compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing regulations. Requires 2 to 4+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain operations, a Bachelor's degree, and U.S. citizenship with a TS//SCI security clearance. Salary range is $90,000 - $195,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Business, or a related engineering field
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in program management, production planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical capabilities and reporting skills using software like MS Excel, Power BI, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills to bridge gaps between different production teams
- A drug screen
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to transfer/obtain/maintain a U.S. government (TS//SCI) security clearance
