Job Summary
Organize and maintain production sample storage at BB HQ while facilitating data integrity for materials and measurements. Prepare samples for internal cross-functional review and approve vendor invoices related to bulk production and samples. Manage and track sample workflows with vendors and internal partners to learn bulk production processes. Assist in barcode labeling from creation to approval, adhering to account requirements. Work full-time onsite in the Manhattan office five days per week on a two-to-three-month assignment with potential for regular employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Production, Sourcing, or related field
- Comfortable with entry and management of large amounts of data in Excel
- Understanding the importance of punctuality and dependability
- Highly organized with tremendous attention to detail
- A team player with good written and verbal communication skills
- A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be passionate about accessories and creating our products!
- Work Full-time onsite in our Manhattan office 5 days per week
- 2-3 month assignment with strong potential for successful candidates to be considered for regular employment
