Job Summary
Production Coordinator responsible for reviewing and validating customer and sales order specifications, coordinating production schedules with site leadership, monitoring project performance to meet timelines, ensuring accurate order processing through effective cross-functional communication with sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams, and generating production work orders for the floor. Requires proficiency with TecSys WMS, Star, Tops, and local ERP systems, strong data accuracy, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm with overtime as needed.
