Job Summary
Coordinate video productions efficiently, ensuring projects remain organized and on schedule throughout pre-production. Partner with Creative Directors, customers, cast, and crew to set productions up for success, including coordinating travel logistics as needed. Prepare and distribute filming schedules, crew lists, call sheets, scripts, and revisions to ensure all stakeholders have accurate, up-to-date information. Administer and maintain project organization within Monday.com and the Scorpion Command Center, tracking milestones and preparing weekly status reports to keep timelines accurate. Support the seamless handoff to the post-production team while anticipating potential hitches before they arise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of on-set experience as a Production Coordinator working with creative, production, and post-production processes and related workflows
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced production / administrative environment
- Knowledge juggling multiple projects at once, and keeping them all running smoothly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a direct, professional, and clear communication style
- Knows how to hold team members accountable, firmly but collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate proactively across a multi-functional team
- Strong critical thinker and problem-solver with the ability to adapt and handle the unexpected while remaining calm and collected
- Strong organizational, project and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- A 'whatever-it-takes' attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a creative studio, agency, or video post-production environment
- Line Producer experience
