Job Summary
Transact work orders through Oracle ERP software and create, track, and update production run charts to ensure run rates are met. Take direction from Planners and Supervisors while collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams to eliminate roadblocks and support line associates. Identify opportunities to improve the MFG/ERP system regarding BOM, Router, and Process Steps, leading lean activities to drive improvements in core KPIs. Handle clerical duties including filing, record keeping, and organizing. This fully onsite role facilitates smooth work order movement to meet customer request dates, supporting a global supplier of inductors and resolvers for aerospace and defense industries.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in manufacturing
- 5 years minimum relevant manufacturing experience
- Strong analytic skills
- A high degree of Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Good organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- U.S. Person (for ITAR compliance purposes)
