Job Summary
Production Coordinator responsible for supporting VFX Supervisors, VFX artists and Producers to deliver stunning visual effects to clients. You’ll organize and participate in client meetings (Cinesync/Skype) and daily review sessions, taking notes on key information to relay to the team. You’ll maintain databases and accurately track shots/assets, and manage multiple production and client requests with a proactive, deadline-driven approach. Requirements include 1+ year of VFX experience, experience in scheduling, and proficiency with Shotgun, Microsoft Office, FTP, Mac/Windows, and basic Linux. Bilingual English/French communication is expected as part of coordinating across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a VFX environment
- Experience in effective VFX scheduling
- Proficiency with Shotgun, Microsoft Office applications, FTP software, Mac and Windows literate, Basic Linux
