Job Summary
Coordinate raw materials, execute daily production plans, and prepare quality documentation to ensure seamless order flow between planning and execution. Interpret schedules, verify product availability, and expedite critical customer orders while acting as the central contact for real-time production status updates. Standardize safety documentation, support workplace audits, and mitigate scheduling conflicts to maintain manufacturing continuity. Manage material transfers between facilities and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency. Operate in both office and manufacturing environments, requiring PPE and the ability to navigate high-velocity priorities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience managing multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to review and interpret data, tracking sheets, or schedules to determine availability or timelines
- Proven history of sharing updates, answering inquiries, and coordinating work across different teams or departments
- Experience preparing, verifying, and distributing accurate paperwork, labels, or forms
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment for extended periods
- Ability to visually inspect products, equipment, and work areas
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a coordination, scheduling, logistics, or operations support role
- Experience monitoring stock levels, tracking supplies, or organizing material movement between locations
- Background in spotting workflow bottlenecks, errors, or delays and helping implement solutions
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced operational, industrial, or team-centered environment
