Production Coordinator

Job Summary
Assist production scheduler to coordinate and monitor daily production schedules, release work orders, allocate jobs to machinery, and update timelines. Manage material and inventory control using stock cards/ERP-MRP, liaise across purchasing, QA, warehousing, logistics, and sales to hit shipping targets, track downtime and scrap, enforce safety/ISO documentation, and support audits and process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity. Report progress to the Production Manager and identify bottlenecks for proactive escalation. Requires a Diploma in a related field and 2–5 years manufacturing experience; strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle knowledge is advantageous. May require extended hours during peak production.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Oracle systems knowledge is an advantage
