Production Coordinator

Create and manage detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and deadlines. Monitor production progress, reporting delays to the Production Manager, Designers, and relevant teams to facilitate resolutions. Maintain regular communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material delivery and address discrepancies by escalating unresolved matters. Track raw material delivery against quality standards, maintain accurate inventory records, and oversee bulk goods invoicing. Generate regular reports on production activities, inventory levels, and supplier performance. Work closely with design, marketing, and logistics departments to ensure workflow alignment. Stay informed about industry best practices and production technology advancements. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in production coordination within the fashion or luxury retail industry, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
