Production Coordinator

Job Summary
Communicate daily with local and overseas vendors and act as the key liaison between internal teams and factories for multiple apparel styles. Manage production timelines related to customer orders to ensure deadlines are met, verify all order information including fabrics and measurements, and coordinate approvals for fittings and testing. Track production progress, review inspection reports, and resolve any issues related to orders or production while maintaining purchase orders and production reports. This role supports the training of junior coordinators within a fast-paced fashion manufacturing environment established in 1996.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or apparel production industry
- Diploma (D.E.C.) in fashion, production, supply chain or a related field, or equivalent
- Knowledge of garment styles, fabrics, prints and the apparel production process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- English is required in order to communicate with clients and vendors outside of Quebec
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high workload
