Job Summary
Coordinate technical, personnel, and financial aspects of show productions by working with the Production Manager, venue, and client teams to ensure seamless operations. Manage settlement, payroll, and scheduling while assisting with interdepartmental communication and creating department manuals and training materials. Maintain inventory logs, schedule staff and rentals within budgetary guidelines, and advance technical and hospitality details. Attend production and venue staff meetings as outlined by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior production experience specific to entertainment venues, theaters, or touring scenarios
- General understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems and video systems
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information
- Strong computing and accounting skills (Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, BOX, Sharepoint, Zoom, Asana, Airtable, Slack, Etc)
- Must possess strong communication and note taking skills
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Able to work in moderate to loud level or noise in work environment
