Job Summary
Assist Production Managers with administrative duties for on-site productions of multiple live sporting events, including scheduling crew travel and coordinating venue rental equipment. Communicate with clients, venues, and technical staff to distribute site surveys and manage technical requirements while creating and maintaining event logs to track operational issues. Handle financial duties such as processing invoices, reconciling expenses, and auditing client/vendor files to ensure accountability. Perform data entry and reporting across various databases for event details, travel, and vendor information. This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential for 25% travel and work in extreme weather conditions. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

- Prior experience in live-event, field technical operations

- A Valid Driver's license
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards
Desired Qualifications
- Television Broadcast or live events field a plus
- Pursuit of bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, finance, sports management or accounting preferred
- Experience within logistics, scheduling, project management, or sports & entertainment
