Job Summary
Production Coordinator position at Anduril Intelligence Systems responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of production, including resource planning, documentation, and cross-functional communication. Key duties include monitoring and moving parts through production flow to ensure timely delivery, coordinating movement through receiving inspection, stock rooms, and work centers, ensuring proper handling of parts, coordinating off-site processing for on-time delivery, maintaining clean MRP/ERP/MES data, resolving inventory inaccuracies, generating reports for leadership and customers, and supporting production and inventory personnel with returns and purge actions. The role requires lifting 20 pounds regularly, frequent bending/kneeling/stooping, and willingness to work overtime and weekends. Requires high school diploma and 5+ years in manufacturing/logistics, 3+ years in administrative processes, experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems, proficiency in MS Office and data/reporting tools (Tableau, Confluence, SQL), and eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance. Training will be conducted for 3 months in Santa Ana, CA before transitioning to Ashville, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment
- 3+ years of experience supporting administrative processes
- Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent systems)
- Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of MS Office products
- Tableau, Confluence, SQL or any reporting feature experience
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
