Job Summary
Production Coordinator role overseeing end-to-end production workflow for creative assets (synopses, title cards, artwork) across global teams. Responsibilities include service-led client and resource communication; managing workflow stages; coordinating hand-offs across follow-the-sun timezones; acting as the primary contact for technical, asset, or scope queries; documenting recurring issues to inform workflow optimizations; conducting in-platform checks to validate asset specs, localization, and metadata; maintaining Jira as the single source of truth with real-time updates. Requires a tech- and data-savvy mindset, ability to juggle priorities under pressure, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced production or agency environment in the streaming or entertainment industry
- Expert-level fluency in Jira
- Familiar with Asset Management (DAM) systems
- Knowledge of localization lifecycle and nuances of the target client industry (preferred)
- Strong multi-platform communication skills (Slack, Google Chat, Zoom, Email)
- Ability to validate asset specifications, localization accuracy, and metadata completeness
- Data-driven mindset and ability to maintain data hygiene and real-time metadata updates
