Job Summary
Production Coordinator to support HVAC installation operations: oversee daily SOP compliance for installation crews, handle warranty issues and client concerns with proper documentation, verify customer payments and rebates before scheduling jobs, manage HERS testing and permits with cities/vendors/customers, ensure installers have materials/equipment, and maintain daily communication with crews, customers, and office staff to keep projects on track while delivering excellent customer service and installation scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of production administration experience in HVAC, construction, or plumbing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities effectively
- ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
