Job Summary

Communicate directly with factories and internal teams regarding art files, strike-offs, lab dips, fabric quality, trims, and labels while overseeing all sample stages from fit to testing. Review and manage Time & Action calendars to ensure submissions and approvals meet schedule, tracking approval statuses and delivery timelines with vendors. Maintain daily communication with factories to resolve production issues, coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Production, and Sales teams to support on-time delivery and margin goals, and develop a strong understanding of major retailer requirements. Act as a liaison during factory visits and audits, maintain accurate production records, and troubleshoot issues to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in production coordination or a related role in apparel
  • Experience working with overseas factories and understanding product development processes
  • Knowledge of garment construction and apparel production
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions under tight deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines

Desired Qualifications

  • Mandarin/Chinese language skills desired but not mandatory
