Job Summary
The Production Coordinator will support day-to-day sample development, vendor communication, and production tracking, collaborating closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, speaking)
- 1–3 years in production/PD/operations (accessories or hardgoods preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
- Exceptional organization and follow-through
- Solid Google Sheets/Excel skills
- Working knowledge of tech packs
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Understanding of incoterms and basic customs documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with PLM/Airtable/Monday platforms
- Experience with Shopify/ShipHero
