Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end production from order placement through to shipment for the Denim & Wovens category, managing supplier timelines, quality, and compliance to deliver on time and within cost. Maintain production tracking, support pre-production milestones and sample management, and collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Buying, Planning and Quality teams to mitigate risks and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a production coordination, sourcing or supply chain support role (apparel or similar preferred)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail
- Understanding of production processes, supplier management and critical path
- Exposure to cost, quality, compliance and lead-time considerations
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
