Job Summary
Production Coordinator to organize and coordinate all aspects of production in Anduril's manufacturing team. Responsibilities include monitoring, tracking, and moving parts through production flow; coordinating movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, and other work centers; ensuring proper handling per specifications; coordinating off-site processing for on-time delivery; cross-functional support for manufacturing, supply chain and inventory teams; maintaining clean MRPs/ERP/MES data; resolving inventory inaccuracies to support demand schedules; collaborating with production managers to complete metrics-driven actions; developing and maintaining reports for internal and customer use; communicating part status and estimated completion dates to leadership; supporting logistics through innovative workflow staging; managing material certifications; facilitating return-to-stock and inventory purge actions; organizing tooling and calibration databases; and supporting work order management. Requires ability to lift 20 pounds regularly, frequent bending/kneeling/crawling, and willingness to work overtime/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment
- 2+ years of experience supporting administrative processes
- Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent systems)
- Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of MS Office products
- Tableau, Confluence, SQL or any reporting feature experience
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
