Job Summary
Book travel, accommodation, and ground logistics across markets while building and distributing accurate call sheets. Track releases, permits, and insurance certificates to ensure 100% filing, and coordinate gear movement including carnets and shipping. Verify AI-drafted documents before distribution and support internal capacity planning and contract development for creators and suppliers. Manage creator travel details such as visas and itineraries, and provide direct operational support to the CBO. Shadow shoots and take on stretch tasks to build toward producing, all while maintaining fast communication across time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in production coordination — TV, film, commercial, branded content, or a studio production office
- Documentation discipline you can prove
- Real booking experience — including a travel plan you've rebuilt under pressure, not just built from scratch
- Sharp spreadsheet and shared-doc habits
- Fast, clear communication across time zones — no chasing, no gaps
- Ambition to become a Producer — this role is the way in, not a holding pattern
- Daily use of AI tools
