Production Coordinator (Augusta, GA) - Austin Industrial (NUTR)

Job Summary
Coordinate loading/unloading operations for hazardous chemicals (nitric acid, anhydrous ammonia, etc.) across truck, rail, and tank transfers; manage loading racks and monitor product transfers to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Rehandle off-spec product, mix/process samples to confirm conformity, and coordinate valve alignment, tank transfers, and environmental/safety considerations using SOPs. Perform terminal maintenance coordination, document activities with electronic hand-held devices, track mobile movements and railcar/ tanker spotting, and operate heavy machinery (front-end loader and dump truck) while wearing PPE. Engage with customers/producers to resolve issues, and follow safety protocols including PPE, access control, and physical requirements. Must be able to work in full PPE and in an environment requiring mobility, overhead reaches, and varied positions, with special assignment duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Education: no minimum education requirements
- Experience in handling Liquid and Dry products for agricultural and industrial use, preferred
