Job Summary
Production Coordinator at Ware Malcomb supports the Project Architect or Project Manager in delivering innovative design projects. You will assist in coordinating consultants and internal teams, maintain project drawings, and provide production support. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or junior architect seeking exposure to multiple project stages under experienced professionals. You will prepare project documents using AutoCAD and Revit, collaborate with the Project Manager and Job Captain on coordination and consultant interactions, handle submittals for jurisdictional agencies, and engage with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Architecture preferred, including relevant internship experience
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch-Up
- Architecture degree or Technical College Degree/Certificate
