Job Summary
Oversee safety, quality, cost, and delivery in the Stamping Department on 2nd shift; supervise Team Leaders and production associates; manage SQCDM and 5S; coordinate daily activities, training, and issue resolution; monitor PPE usage, lockout procedures, part handling, and safety compliance; ensure kickoff/start-up readiness, lead containment and QA checks, and documentation in PLEX and SNAP; drive continuous improvement and maintain production schedules; require forklift/crane certification within 6 months; offers competitive pay, benefits, and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Twelve to thirty-six months related experience.
