Job Summary
Production Coordinator responsible for organizing fresh orders by date/type, coordinating order flow to associates, printing daily warehouse reports, creating identification cards for associates, preparing sample requests, and generating work-order cards to support future production planning. Must ensure accurate completion and closure of production orders, follow GMP/SSOP/SQF and safety procedures, and communicate effectively with buyers and vendors. Requires proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), familiarity with Infor (M3) ERP, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced meat-production environment. On-site teamwork and adherence to safety guidelines are essential.
Required Qualifications
