Production Cook / Kitchen Team Member � Plant Power Fast Food (Escondido)

Production-focused role in a 100% plant-based fast-food operation. In the commissary, make large-batch recipes using specialized equipment, follow recipes precisely for quality and yield, portion/package/label finished products, maintain FIFO storage, and manage stock/par levels. In the ghost kitchen, cook line items for guest orders (burgers, sandwiches, wraps), prepare milkshakes and drinks, and run curbside orders to guests. Requires staying calm in busy periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and a fast-paced environment. Schedule Tuesday–Saturday (10:30am–7pm or 12:30pm–9pm). Eligible benefits include medical (50% base/bronze), dental/vision, and a free meal each shift. San Diego County Food Handlers permit is required.
