Job Summary
Cleans, cuts and slices vegetables for each production recipe; prepares chicken, meat and fish items (cooked and raw) for each production recipe; maintains cleanliness and sanitation of own work area; works in refrigerated environment during part or all of the day to handle other refrigerated items; performs various other duties in fulfilling assigned functions reflecting the same level of cooking skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug-screening
- Valid Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler's Training Card
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours/day
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English
