Job Summary
Lead and manage the Production Control Team (8-10 specialists) supporting manufacturing and supply chain for Blue Origin, including staffing, performance reviews, budgeting, schedule coordination with Launch Operations, and integration with Jules-based manufacturing software. Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and suppliers; ensure milestones and budgets are met; mentor early-career staff; define system requirements for manufacturing software; leverage ERP/MES/PLM experience; and champion continuous improvement in aerospace production processes.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in supply chain management and/or engineering
- Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with MES and PLM systems a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work with teams across large geographic distances
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
