Job Summary
Coordinate and improve production control processes in an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment. Ensure EBOM/MBOM integrity within the IFS ERP, align engineering definitions with manufacturing processes and ERP execution, and manage shop orders, routings, and labor estimates to support on-time delivery. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to resolve EBOM/MBOM issues, review project timelines, and maintain accurate production scheduling. Print and assemble routing books, interpret CAD drawings for work-center assignments, and track non-conforming materials and engineering change orders. Support the Production Controls Manager and leverage Microsoft Office tools to organize and communicate production data; contribute to change management and continuous improvement efforts across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Nomad build sequencing and manufacturing processes
