Production Controller

Lead end-to-end production flow across multiple concurrent products by prioritizing active builds, balancing competing demands, and translating long-term plans into executable sequences. Own labour capacity allocation for mechanical and electrical teams, enforce "ready to build" criteria, and drive improvements in work order quality and material readiness. Minimize downtime by coordinating electricians and fitters, aligning with Shift Leaders, and ensuring seamless flow from material availability to build execution. Manage key metrics including on-time delivery and labour utilization while standardizing processes across all product lines. Provide clear, data-driven updates to Production Leaders and Senior Leadership.
