Job Summary
Production Controller & Scheduler to develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity, coordinate with procurement/operations/logistics, monitor progress, analyze data to improve efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards; requires ERP/MRP proficiency, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, capacity planning, and strong communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and scheduling software
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
