Job Summary
Create and manage production schedules based on orders and capacity while monitoring raw materials, WIP, inventory, and cycle counts. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, quality, and production teams to identify bottlenecks and adjust schedules to prevent delays. Track production metrics, resolve data discrepancies, and report results to management. This role ensures efficient production, timely delivery, and optimal resource utilization within our Winter Park, FL manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Deltek Costpoint
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
