Production Control Supervisor

Job Summary
Direct oversight of the Production Control team, including managing timesheets, productivity, leave, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews. Maintain expertise in the CMMS (Maximo) as it relates to the PWS; prepare and distribute work-productivity reports; monitor CMMS activities for contractual compliance; issue Preventative Maintenance work orders to Operation Team managers; reconcile material and physical inventories; audit CMMS data entry for accuracy; perform weekly audits of workorder log comments; participate in meetings and coordinate with the Quality Control Manager to verify compliance through facility audits. Requires an Associate degree and two years of supervisory experience with five years of data-entry experience; strong MS Office skills; ability to produce KPI reports and work independently in a remote environment; familiarity with organizational procedures and workflows and data privacy considerations; effective written and verbal communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted
- Level of Experience Requirements: Two Years supervision experience. Five Years of experience in data entry
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Products to include, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to produce Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting operational teams
- Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows – understanding how work moves through a company.
- Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles – awareness of proper handling of sensitive information
- Communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Time management and prioritization – balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Problem-solving and critical thinking – analyzing issues and selecting appropriate solutions
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills – building rapport and collaborating effectively with others
- Attention to detail – producing accurate, error-free work

- Additional Qualifying Factors: pre-employment drug screening and background check; ability to obtain/maintain required clearances; access to military installations if applicable
