Production Control Specialist

Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, track expenses, report on key metrics, and manage documentation including contracts, permits, and change orders. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify work meets specifications and safety standards. Translate between English and Korean while communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Resolve project-related issues and conflicts efficiently. Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports. This two-year temporary role offers an opportunity to transition to a different department upon project completion.
