Job Summary

Develop and execute production control plans aligned with demand forecasts and master production schedules. Convert MRP signals into actionable production orders and material requirements while monitoring supply issues to prevent disruptions. Analyze inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times to optimize stock and minimize excess. Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to create accurate production schedules and mitigate capacity constraints. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and report key performance metrics related to scheduling and forecast accuracy. Perform data-driven analyses and "what-if" scenario modeling to assess impacts on supply, demand, or capacity.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or inventory control in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with ERP systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Solid understanding of MRP
  • Solid understanding of demand planning
  • Solid understanding of inventory management
  • Solid understanding of production scheduling
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Comfortable working across teams and departments
  • Accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to abide by Company's Code of Conduct
