Job Summary
Production Control Planner to lead and manage production control operations across sites in North Alabama, coordinating production workflows, ensuring work orders, materials, and schedules align with customer delivery requirements, interpreting MRP action messages, releasing work orders and production kits, maintaining ERP data accuracy (Deltek Costpoint), and generating status dashboards and Line of Balance tracking while collaborating with QA, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve production issues and ensure AS9100 quality compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2 or more years of relevant experience in production planning, materials coordination, or manufacturing operations
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Deltek Costpoint preferred)
- Experience interpreting and executing MRP action messages in an ERP system
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to the Huntsville / North Alabama area
- Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance
