Job Summary
Manage master planning, material processes, and systems to prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plans and KPIs while optimizing inventory and driving process improvements. Lead cross-functional teams in executing the master production schedule to meet customer needs and maximize supply chain velocity, developing recovery plans and prioritizations across your focus area. Drive accountability by implementing common KPIs, tools, and practices to achieve 100% On Time Delivery through rigorous planning and scheduling execution. Mentor team members on schedule adherence and collaborate with operations, finance, and materials leaders to align strategies with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma / GED and at least 5 years of experience in working in a manufacturing environment)
- Minimum 3 additional years of materials, planning and scheduling, or inventory experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
- This position is 100% onsite position at the GE Vernova Greenville, SC site
- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)
