Production Control

Coordinate production planning and scheduling for the manufacturing of optical systems and subsystems. Translate sales forecasts and OEM/planned orders into a master production schedule, prepare and distribute weekly schedules, and assist in resolving issues related to late shipments, material shortages, and changing customer schedules. Conduct physical inventory counts and coordinate vendor corrective actions for non-conforming material. Leverage MRP logic, scheduling logic, capacity planning, product structures, routings, and standards maintenance; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are required. BS/BA degree or 0-2 years of relevant experience; SysPro and advanced Excel skills preferred.
