Job Summary
Production Control Coordinator to develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules within a mattress/soft goods manufacturing environment, coordinating with production, purchasing, customer service, logistics, and warehouse teams to align capacity with demand. Responsible for monitoring and auditing work orders, inventory transactions, and production reporting to ensure data accuracy and proper ERP/MRP processing, promoting accountability and driving continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. Works on-site in Fullerton, CA and supports NetSuite ERP usage across the production floor, including inventory transfers between plants.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing coordination experience
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of production flow, capacity planning, and inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop practical, resourceful solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- APICS/CPIM certification or other relevant supply chain or operations certifications (preferred)
