Production Control and Materials Manager

Production Control/Materials Manager responsible for ensuring uninterrupted flow of material to inventory and shop floor, coordinating the planning and preparation of complete Bill-of-Materials and routings to develop schedules for Purchasing, Manufacturing and Inventory. Oversees processes and controls for inventory including receiving, stocking, and inventory accuracy. Leads procurement, internal movement, and processing of commercial parts, equipment, and machinery; supervises adherence to production, inventory and shipping schedules; develops new usable BOM structures; manages cost center budgets and cost controls; ensures on-dock date requirements and accuracy of safety stock; provides machine costing support; directs planning workloads and supervises Material Department, Part Sales Shipping and Retrofit teams; conducts employee performance appraisals; travel between facilities as needed; onsite role in Spokane, WA.
