Job Summary
Production Control role in Blue Ash, OH: Execute daily production plans, issue orders to the Door Fab area, balance line capacity, transfer information to the Door Fab area using line tools, monitor schedules with Door Dashboard and Production Information Board, notify managers of late work centers, perform daily WIP audits, report schedule compliance and issues, evaluate steel requirements, and support continuous product flow. Requires Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, teamwork, NC programming knowledge, and adaptability to changing needs. Emphasis on on-time order completion, schedule integrity, and cross-department collaboration for continuous improvement. Location is on-site in Blue Ash, OH; no relocation offered.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
