Job Summary
Production & Continuous Improvement Manager at Eaton GEIS responsible for daily management of the Mascot production workshop, ensuring successful execution of the production plan, strict EHS compliance and safety culture, and leading CI initiatives (Lean, 5S+, kaizen). Oversees one manufacturing & CI engineer and seven production staff; drives safety improvements, on-time production, quality standards, material accuracy, and KPI targets. Leads CI function, supports new product pilot runs and jig design, manages CAPEX projects, collaborates with quality to address issues and customer complaints, and maintains standards such as WI and JSA while coaching and developing the team. Requires SAP experience and knowledge of Hazardous area products; degree in a related field and at least five years of production-management experience.
