Job Summary
Production Construction Lead on-site field leadership for contractor crews performing construction, maintenance and repair of flow lines, gathering lines, tanks, vessels, pumping units, wellheads and electrical infrastructure, coordinating with Drilling/Completion/Civil/E&I groups from SIMOP through production, tracking costs, conducting PSSR readiness checks, assisting with procurement and installation planning, and developing/implementing SOPs for safe facility construction and commissioning; strong collaboration across Engineering, Drilling, Completion, Civil, E&I and Safety; focus on safety, scheduling, and continuous improvement in facility construction and startup activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of directly related oil and gas field construction, production operations or a comparable industrial/field environment experience.
