Job Summary
Performs concrete production tasks including setting up forms, pouring concrete, placing steel in forms, and using concrete saws and bolt cutters to produce panels/slabs. Reads prints, measures with a tape, and applies oil to forms. Works as part of a team with no travel required; overtime/pay after 8 hours; shift options 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM; located at Springboro, Ohio. Requires a high school diploma or GED and basic math/measurement skills; prior concrete/construction experience is helpful but not required; opportunity for growth and overtime bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reading blueprints a plus
- Comfortable operating measuring tape to 1/16th of an inch
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
- Prior concrete and/or construction experience is helpful but not required
