Job Summary
Provide concierge-style client experience and studio services support for on-lot productions, handling inquiries, staging reservations, billing, vendor management, and on-site logistics. Coordinate office spaces, production schedules, and stakeholder communications; maintain databases for client outreach and production history; assist with special projects, and represent NBCUniversal professionally during client interactions, scouts, and on-set visits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of production experience
- Willing to work any shift including overnights, swing or weekends
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ScheduALL
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- BA/BS degree strongly preferred
