Job Summary
Manage complex scheduling, coordinate critical administrative functions, and serve as a key liaison between departments. Maintain accurate data systems, handle sensitive information with discretion, and ensure smooth daily operations through effective organization and problem-solving. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events while utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems. Requires one year of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong organizational skills. This Administrative Assistant II role supports the mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer within the global science and research team.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with database management and record keeping
- Proven ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management
- Ability to coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
- Business level English proficiency
- Physical requirements include prolonged sitting, computer use, and occasional light lifting
- High School Diploma or GED
