Job Summary
Production Clerk responsible for assembling boxes and labels, weighing and boxing products, operating scale systems and packaging equipment, packaging meat by sizes and cuts, sorting and trimming product, pre-op/post-op cleanup, assembling kabobs with vegetables and meat, cutting vegetables and meat as needed, and performing duties safely in a USDA-inspected food environment. Must wear PPE, work in a fast-paced setting, have basic reading/writing in English, and may receive training; position includes potential overtime and benefits after introductory period.
Required Qualifications
- Must wear PPE and adhere to all safety rules
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior food industry experience preferred but not required (training is provided)
- Read and write English
