Job Summary
Prepare ready-to-eat foods, package and label goods, receive loads, and rotate product to support the kitchen's deli case, grab'n'go wall, and self-serve counters. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment while providing guest service. Work fast-paced shifts between 4am-10pm daily with open availability required. Travel to locations including Davis, Sacramento, and Elk Grove. This role supports FORTUNE's deli operations, offering industry-leading wages and zero premium cost health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work well independently or on a team
- Background working in high volume kitchen setting with knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment
- Basic computer skills
- A sense of urgency while paying attention to the details
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- A positive attitude is essential
- Shifts will be between 4am-10pm daily
- Open availability is a must
- Travel to the following locations: Davis - Covell, Davis - Mace, Sacramento - Florin Rd, Elk Grove, Roseville
Desired Qualifications
