Job Summary
Coordinate Domestic Cleaning activities across manufacturing facilities in Søborg, aligning schedules with production priorities and acting as the primary contact for external vendors and internal stakeholders. Ensure cleaning documentation, logbooks, and notebooks meet GMP and GDocP requirements while coordinating routine inspections and driving follow-up on compliance activities. Maintain oversight of training compliance for vendor personnel and lead continuous improvements to cleaning processes and collaboration. This operational lead role supports uninterrupted production within a GMP environment, requiring experience coordinating facility services and managing supplier contracts. Required Qualifications
- Have experience coordinating cleaning operations or facility services
- Have experience managing suppliers and following up on contract performance
- Are proactive and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes

- Have a structured approach and enjoy creating overview in a complex operational environment
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
